16 HE Drivers, 23 HE Drivers, 14 HE Gliders. Many are from recent pipes, so they'll be the most useful in upcoming tours. E.g. Shy Guy (Ninja), Daisy (Yukata), King Bob-omb, Penguin Toad, Cat Peach.
In multiplayer: S-grade (so you can play standard multiplayer races without losing rating), rare badges few have like the top Kart Pro badge where you had to win 3 x 1st place races in a row.

I'm still playing in the meantime though so all of the levels, rubies, and items will keep increasing to the benefit of the eventual buyer.
