Tier is 68 right now. I´m lowering it on purpose to easily get good items in lower tiers when they are up for winning. Like next week there will be a coin driver. Will be way easier in Tier 66, so i´m lowering it further this week.
I played iOS all the time so it´s best if buyer uses iOS too.
I prioritized getting and leveling up the best drivers (coins, big banana, 7, bomerang) and same for karts (point bonus on boost and jumps, not slipstream or start) and accordingly to gliders as well.

it is still available. Thanks for asking.
Meanwhile i reached Level 225, Tier 76, S+8, A and the account has 185D, 200K, 144G.

Highest Tier was 81, so i also have the rar Gold Mii Racing Suit and i upgraded it to Level 6 right now. I lowered Tier on purpose to be able to get best items all the time. So Tier is 76 now from 78 last week.
Rubbies are around 70 now, >60.000 Coins.

So, yes, it is available, but i´m not sure about the price, because it is much better now.
