guys a scammer, tries to make everyone else look like the bad guy .. filed chargeback on paypal because bought the account from him then he changed the password on me(using Q&A) and took it back within a week .. don't buy off him, his other account is YourDead (his listings are all the same) ohh and plus the acct doesnt have 4mil gil on it more like 200k

Notice the OO was the one taking it back, so why would he be doing a 'notary' to recall the account he recalled, instead of just giving the info back to the dude who it was recalled from.. lol.
Might as well put it out there and let that be my last comment on it, people can decide for themselves.

 

^It was "resolved" because the person gave up on trying to fight you, as they realized they wouldn't get the account back and you wouldn't get banned since you were so obstinate. Honestly, purchase and your asking for it.
