Was Trade Guardian used? no
If yes, what is the Trade Guardian ID?
What is the dispute about? I proceded to buy 5milllion gold on World of warcraft on NA and he wanted to do it in 2 parts I used paypal for the first 250 and thats fine the second one wouldn't go through, paypal was declining it and it will never work, I then tried a number of other ways for him to get it and even offered to just take halff of it and he refuses and now he refuses to refund my money because its my fault he already got the 5million even though I paid and recieved nothing.
Other details / notes: I understand it was at first my fault but after all the options I have given him its really not anymore.
