Mistake feedback , Wrong post we didn't do any transaction

Hello admin I would like to ask why I'm getting a bad reputation feedback on someone post ? is this a bug ? please need help to fix this
And also I think the guy have mistaken to feedback in me please help me cuz I didn't know who he is and we didn't have any transaction here is the link below for prof that he comment on other post but the feedback is on me
