Selling a large private land plot in Shirogane with a great view, near a bamboo forest on Midgardsormr.
Payment: I highly prefer bitcoin payments at the moment, as it’s the fastest and sure payment method I currently know. I may be open to other payment methods, though it may take longer to abandon the plot in order to pass it to the buyer, as I need to be reasonably sure there won’t be a chargeback after the buyer obtains the plot.
Unless I get a really good offer right away, I’ll wait a while for the best offer, which should be at least 3-5 days after the first accepted offer, before choosing the final winning offer (it should be somewhat similar to Ebay bids, but with the 3-5 day countdown only starting after the first accepted offer). I won’t be able to accept any low ball offers, or offers that involve payment methods I can’t trust, as transfer of ownership can’t be undone in case of chargebacks, though I may be more willing to accept other payment methods, such as Paypal, from high rating buyers as well. In case of payment by Bitcoin, I only need to wait until the transaction has been verified before meeting, or agreeing to meet with the buyer in order to pass the plot to him or her, which shouldn't take more than a couple hours for most Bitcoin transfers. Other payment methods suggested by the buyer, should they be accepted by me, may result in additional delays before I can hand the plot over, so I strongly recommend Bitcoin. All transfer related fees must be paid by the buyer as well. With all this in mind, please only DM, or ask to chat on Discord through direct message, as well send offers if you’re absolutely serious about it and are reasonably sure you can honor it.
I’m only selling due to recent difficulties in my family’s life, and unfortunately, I need a lot of money to help them, so I’m selling whatever I can. I’ll be eternally grateful to whoever buys this plot!
Once I accept and choose the winning offer from you, the buyer, we can meet in game before you actually pay, so you can check out the place yourself, before you make the payment, should you wish to do so, of course. Should there be no contact or payment from the buyer who made the winning offer in a reasonable time frame, I’ll assume you backed out, and contact instead the person who made the 2nd best accepted offer, and so on. After the transaction has been completed, I'll close this thread.
