We do not allow anyone to offer middleman services on Epicnpc as stated in our rules.

We do not allow services that try to bypass this rule such as "finding" services. This is where the buyer tells the seller what they want, then the seller finds an account that matches.
However reselling has always been allowed.
The main rule is that sellers must have inventory. They must have full access to the account and should be able to complete the sale without any help from the previous owner. Payment is flexible. Resellers can either buy the account upfront, then resell. Or they can wait until they sell the account, then split the profits between themselves and the previous owner.
However as stated, the seller must have full access to the account. If they do not, we consider that a middleman service which is not allowed.
Are you claiming these sellers have no inventory and they're listing accounts they do not have access to?

These new "middleman sellers" as you put it are not allowed to post here if they do not have inventory. I have personally talked to a few members and issued warnings about this practice, although I'm not sure if it's the members you mentioned. Once someone is warned, if they continue they will then be banned.
However we reply on member reports heavily. Local and Global mods will obviously report things and escalate issues when they see them, but most of the time we reply on member reports.
If we don't see it and it doesn't get reported, it'll go unpunished.
You mentioned a few members in this thread, so I'll review their sale threads and contact them for more information. If found to be offering a "middleman" type services, they will either be warned and have their threads removed or banned if they have already been warned.
