I am right about the same place you are (verified, epic member, auth, rep, and post wise) I am working on trusted now. I am also interested to see what is required. I would assume we can't post middleman services because of trade guardian?

There is no "Middleman" badge anymore, it has been replaced with the "Trusted".
Requirements for the Trusted badge:
Epicnpc Verified Member
50+ positive feedbacks with 100% rating
Member for 1+ year
200+ posts
