MiddleMan holding account/mail until seller mange to withdraw from Paypal?

Title said, with the recent Paypal chargeback. I would like to know if TG middleMan could hold my account/email information until I manage to withdraw money from Paypal? Usually it would take 2-3 days. I ask because a few days a go, one of my fellow countryman who is also a seller here got his FnF money chargeback. The suspect buyer contacted bank directly and asked them to refund money and now Paypal has locked his account.

A MM will consider the payment completed once the seller receives it. There is no reason to make the buyer additional 2-3 days until the seller withdraws the payment, so our MM would not do that, sorry.
