Middle Man Questions?

So I am looking into buying an account to get back into the game.
I have no issues using Western Union or other money apps, but it seems that most users with the account I am after are either new or have little or no reputation.

I know some of "bigger" sellers on this website guarantee their accounts against recalls, which is what I am after.

If I bought an account from somebody with no rep and used a middle man, would said middle man help me if there were any issues?
Or is it smarter to just fork out the extra money and purchase from somebody who is already established?

Middleman can't do anything to protect against a recall. A middleman service is there to guarantee payment and item delivery.

If some middlemen would provide this, they'd lose a lot of money in a very short time.

So how can I ensure against recall?
I know you used to be able to transfer the toon to a new account for added security, with battle.net, is this still a valid option or does it not matter?

Outside of somebodies word, is there any real insurance?
The accounts I am looking at are in the 700+ USD range and I just don't want to be left high and dry.

I believe there is a change email option for battle net, dont take my word for it. not 100% sure, i just saw it somewhere.

Buy from a trusted seller and not some random dude who registered for the first day has only 1 post and 0 feedback. If you are still going to use that random dude research him, search in google his Skype and or email address, he might have possibly scammed people for example on MPGH

Every game is different, but for WoW I don't believe there's any method that makes recall impossible. You're buying information, so the original owner will always know the original info on the account, this is why trust is so important.

I do believe it makes recall harder by transferring the character to a new account, but still not impossible.

Blizzard accounts are quite simple to recall. I once recalled an account and I only had to send my ID to them confirming that I own the account and it was back under my control within a few minutes.
