What is the dispute about?
Seller wanted two payments of 40 which I declined as I do not like partially paying for these sort of transactions.
Payment was given to buyer in full via paypal, due to the different countries we live in it says he will have access to the funds in a few days.
Does not want to give me the account details even when I have given him the asking price and still has the account up for sale in the original thread.
