What is the dispute about?
He is not following instructions at all, ordered 3 days ago but the booster hasn't even touched my account until now. At May 22 He said booster will play "tomorrow". But May 23 has passed and still no response. I've requested for refund several times but he is obviously and purposely ingoring my messages. He said he was "Busy" which I highly doubt because if he is as busy as he said he is then he shouldn't be doing this at all. He replies like every 12 hours or so with very vague and incomplete messages. The only thing I want is a refund since he haven't started it's only fair that I get a refund if I don't like the service.
His last seen on my messages on whatsapp is May 22. He is obviously ignoring my messages on purpose.

The steam screenshot is the account that's to be boosted. It still haven't been touched by the booster til now.
