Medieval Twitch skin code, are EloKings a legitimate shop/method of buying it?

Only reasonable price for it that I can find, 90$ isn't too bad and I have the funds for it soon. I can't find anywhere saying that they're legitimate or giving the store credibility, and everytime I try and contact customer service it always says that there isn't anyone to talk to me at the moment and to leave my email, which I have. Anywhere else to buy it? I didn't even know the skin had a skin code for it.

2) There are 2 EloKings, both with different owners.
