He sends and it goes threw fine. Nov 6 i log into my paypal to see that both transactions have been opened threw his credit card company as a charge back. Saying item was never recieved, i can not win a credit card charge back.

Heres what happened my bank saw these payments and did what they did. I had NO reason to scam anyone. But I understand that Xatoa lost his money and i feel bad about that. No bank will EVER EVER EVER take actions on payments made out. The ONLY reason they would ever take action on a payment is if the customer requests them to do so.

I have several relatives in the banking industry, so I would know this.
