Yes that's a given, but it could have all been avoided had he not had a change of heart 2 hours later.

He also says that the PW to the account I traded him did not work, when it did, I verified it before telling him.

And the kicker was that even though he said he never logged in the characters bags were shuffled and he was moved to the other side of Northrend.

Lying doesn't help when trading and pretty much points out the obvious about a person.

This is more of a warning then a scammer thread. As stated above.

Now, to me, it seems that you were un-happy after the trade and re-nigged the deal. Which would have been fine if you contacted me on AIM.

Which I was on at the time...

This could have all been avoided...

But you chose to re-nig / change PW on your account and come up with this [censored] excuse of not having the right PW, which to me is obviously a lie, but really...how can I prove that? I cant..

So unfortunately this is what it is...... my toon gets banned because you had a change of heart, if you hadn't the toon would still be in your possession and we could have worked out a reverse trade, no harm, no foul.

But that wasn't the case.

Don't sit there, lie, and try to make me look like a fool. I've traded with a ton of ppl on MD and have talked with a ton more about legit trading, buying, and selling.

You can still log in with the servers down, you just cant access your toon. Account management was up as well.

PW wasn't wrong,
Toons don't teleport, action bars dont change, bags don't get shuffled during downtime.

And look a tthe time stamps, servers were up for a bit before you took back the toon..

And ya, quoting your lies doesn't help your case.

1) When I traded you the account I reset it for you.
2) When you changed it?
3) When I had to reset it because you took your account back.

lol, how can I prove that? I can't log in. I'd compare the original screens in his trade/sell post to screens taken once the account is recovered but what good would that do? You'd just claim I changed everything....and you know it.

Okay, this had gone on LONG enough!!! Jake is a [censored] SCAMMER. I traded him my priest for his DK, and he has Failed to give me the SQA and E-mail, he says he doesn't have it. Yet!, he keeps recalling it ever other day! He gives it back and I'll play it and he will recall it again. He decided today he was gonna keep the DK and still won't hand me the priest.

This is AnonymousReps, I was Banned and labeled a Scammer for no Reason. I'm wondering if this is Jakes doing or something...

But the point is HE IS A DAM SCAMMER.

I think Joey is wrong. Not that jacob isnt a scammer, hes clearly a child as the other trade with the priest confirmed. but look at the email he got from blizzard.

Did anyone bother to read why he got "banned"?

"The account contains incomplete or inaccurate billing contact information which is a violation of the World of Warcraft Terms of Use. The account has been disabled until the contact information has been properly updated."

That means he owes them money/credit card didn't work.

So yes, he lied to you. But he didn't get your account banned, you did by owing them money or some CC glitch.

So I would suggest calling up blizzard and talking to them rather than assuming that what they said in the email is somehow blizzard telling you that they know you are trading. Because it isn't true, let me assure you. I know what account closure emails for trading/selling say and that isn't it.

And BTraill I am surprised you would throw your 2 cents in without even reading the BLATANT ignorance JoeyBalz threw out a lot in this thread.

Even with obvious retards and children here, people still need to read the evidence before we jump to conclusions and hive-mind it up.

Edit: And my friend got that exact same email after his bank recalled 47$ and change that he had paid blizzard. So as I said, read before you react.

im glad he got banned...i know i knew his aim from somewhere and when i looked at his rep i remembered. Back in the day he deleted a character from my account he was going to honor level, then continued to spam my aim with immature words and annoy the crap out of me.

Sakura, after reading what you wrote. I'm seriously just offended that you think you're some Guru here. You obviously don't know as much as you may think.

You're saying that Btrail shouldn't add his 2 cents when you yourself have just an idea of what happened.

I added time via gamecard, there were 2 weeks left on it.
So, ya, thats not it.

And Ironically enough, they send the same email when an account has multiple PW changes, multiple users try to access an account, or multiple changes to almost any information on your account.

And what BLATANT ignorance? I understand how trading works. And how Blizzard works. You can't see every shiest er that comes along.

Save your comments for yourself or for when they actually mean something, perhaps before the ban.
