I want to first say this:

If you lie, you will get caught.

About a week ago, I made a trade with Toemic (+16 rep MD user) for a Shadow Priest that he had. It was a very pleasant dealing and everything went great.

I asked him who the OO of the priest was and he told me to talk with with MrJayJay (aka Nenernener2810) about it. MrJayJay told me that the OO was Jnoob23 (AIM name). While I was talking with MrJayJay about the priest, I asked him if it was possible to get the OO's ID for the account. MrJayJay responded that he would be willing to get me the ID once he gets back his account that was locked.

I did not think much of it at the time because I just did not want any further drama.

Anyways, today I get an interesting message from MrJayJay. The conversation is below.

The point of all of this is that MrJayJay is trying to recall an account and screw over alot of people because he got an account banned. He was warned that the account would PROBABLY get banned if he attempted to xfer the character within a certain timeframe; going from a canadian IP to an american IP in less than 30 minutes resulted in the account ban due to account sharing.

So he recalls accounts and lies...

TSK TSK!

Ever since I 'quit' trading at the start of this year, account recalls/issues decreased by around 95%.

If you truely must trade, trade with some reputable and be sure the person you're getting the account from is the original owner.

Well lets hope he gets what's coming to him.

He's put a lot of unnecessary stress on knuckle,toemic,and myself. He's actually caused toemic to quit which is a great loss to the community because he is one of the few people with positive reputation that can actually be trusted.

I gave this Nener guy countless warnings that he should wait a few days at most to change the information and everything else in that nature. It's not my problem he didn't take pre-cautionary actions to secure the account just so something like that did happen.

Now i found out that the pally he traded for the said priest was banned. So nener trying to cover his [censored] keeps the priest and trades it off saying its his own. So he trades the Said priest to shamandnt1 for a warrior. Once again nener gets the account he traded for banned. And attempts to take back the priest in question as shamandnt1 who is the OO of the war trys to fax blizzard but in that time shaman has also traded the priest to me which i traded to knuck for a warrior.

So after nener states he is going to recall the priest i give the warrior back to knuck after buying a battle chest to do reffer a friend 40$ Knuck adds a 60 day gc on the priest 30$

i didnt get the paladin banned.

it got banned after jnoob traded it maybe once or twice.
not my fault.

and why would i deliberately ban 2 accounts that i xferred myself?

the warrior was an ACCIDENT.
i changed contact info on the paladin as soon as i got it from Soraisgod188 and xferred it.
it never got banned.
so i thought i can do the same with the warrior.

Well I have not talked to you about "working it out" and you have not contacted me so I have no clue how you plan to get them removed. Or you don't and are just trying to cover it up and lieing to people.

i dont see a scam in this. i traded him, and ive read through all these posts, and honestly, this is just a guy that is trying to get his crap back. now, i agree, that maybe he was rude, but for the most part, what he did was normal. if one of my accounts got recalled that i traded for, then i would certainly recall my original back. thats normal, and its the persons fault that traded an account that got recalled in the first place. from what im reading, Toemic traded, and the account that he traded got recalled. jayjay is well within his right to get his account back. if Toemic is going to trade unsecure accounts, HE is the one that needs to be given a thrashing in the forums, and negative marks.

all of you who are accusing of wrong doing here are incorrect. yes, it could have been handled differently, but personally, from the things posted here, and actually reading them and thinking about what i would have done, i would entirely put the blame on Toemic. nothing against him, dont even know him. thats just what looks like happened.

im just saying my side, i am not one to try and side with one or the other. to me, and from what you guys both have listed, the account that was traded to JayJay got locked because someone else tried to access it. changing the address will only flag blizzard if done a lot (they understand, i moved from place to place every few weeks when i first moved out of my parents place, and i changed it each time)

i wasnt a part of the conversation, and i dont know what was said in the initial trade. im just stating what i think about what i can read here.

if an account has a lot of IP changes, then the people trading should be aware of it. account security should be one of the major discussion issues

when i look at a forum avatar and see +18 pos, or however much he had, i assume hes not going to withold that kind of information. just telling someone to wait makes you seem like a scammer, unless you explain it to them specifically.

that may have been done. does anyone have a xscript of the original trade between toemic and jayjay?

again, im merely commenting on what proof has been shown, and from what i see, whats here isnt enough to deserve 2 negs, especially if it could be (and im sure it would be able to be) worked out over AIM or with a moderator or even through the entire MD community.
