Hey guys this is what happend and ineed your help. Me and WH3NdarknesF4lls traded accounts 2 days ago, I gave him my pally which is legit and has not been recalled and is still with him. He gave me a mage that got recalled this morning. He will not returning the Pally to me.

The account he traded me GOT RECCALLED and THE ACCOUNT I GAVE HIM IS STILL WITH HIM.

Apparently he is not accountable for his own actions in trades.

Is this is what MD is coming to? People that chain trade and will not compensate when they get someone else into their deep crap?

AyKim should be give his paladin and you should be recalling whatever you had before your character recalled. That is the stream of the process.

yes thank you very much .... the account i gave to u did not get recalled because it is safe. The account you gave to me got recalled because it was unsafe. I should have my account back and you should recall / investigate as you have to, to get your account back.

I agree with this as well. Yes Ill_Nino it is a risk we all take trading accounts, however if someone in that chain desides to ruin it for everyone, then it isn't any one person fault here. Personally your holding a vendetta against ayKim and allowing him to take an even bigger fall by not being fair and understanding about the situation and holding onto HIS account. Ultimately it is NOT his fault nor is it yours. You have the power to recall your account. And you are restricting such power from ayKim. How is that fair, and what deems you as law to do such actions?

That is NOT acceptable and you should return his account. Ill_Nino, I do not want to result to your posts to me last night, laughing and bragging to me in PM's about keeping his Paladin account, however if you choose to be dirty and not fair during this time of uncontrolable circumtstances, I will provide it to the MODS.

Please look at what you are doing and see the wrong in it. Return his account as I'm sick of being the quiet, nice guy.

gordy is posting his chat logs of myself and him, all i ask is that gordy compensate me for the loss of my druid, valued at approx 400$. he traded an unsafe account (the mage) for my druid, in which he traded teh druid for another unsafe account. thus losing both the mage (his) and my druid. i am not getting penalized 400$ from gordyks actions

well i gave gordy an account so he shouldve been able to return whatever he did since i traded him the warrior and warrior was recalled by OO becuz of an account shioji traded me which i traded for the warrior got recalled hence i gave gordykizzle a new account which shouldve either been given to one of u guys or the original account so i thought by me giving up my shammy to him this situation was fixed?

The trade goes like this.

NEITHER of us are original owners, nor do we know the original owners in any shape, way or form. We trade, both taking the risk of this unknown original owner recalling the accounts. The original owner of my old account, that has been through a dozen hands, gets recalled; unlucky for whoever happens to have the account at that moment. It's no more my fault than anyone elses.

Are you saying that if I hadn't traded for this paladin and the mage got recalled, then gordy would owe me my druid back? If that is true, then he needs to give me my druid back, or something of that equivalent for trading me this account with a trigger happy original owner.

I do not want anything from Gordy because, like i said, it is no more anyone's fault that anyone else. He didn't know the mage was unsafe, I didn't know, and aykim didn't know. It's a gamble.

Do what you will Markee Admins. I for one am finished with this bogus system of account gambling.

Never said I was OO of the account, just like Zuber33 is not the OO of the paladin. He's welcome to recall, but I haven't figured out who the OO of the druid is (aim wise).

Well apparently I am in the wrong. Once aykim29 signs on AIM, I will give the information to his paladin back to him. I don't expect anything from you gordy, but know that you are no better than anyone else in this situation and you are in debt to me. I thought highly of you, but apparently I was wrong. The internet is a very sad place.

well actually not me this goes back to shioji the account he traded me got recalled and i traded the account shioji traded me to the warrior Oo which is why the OO of it recalled been trying to talk to lil nino on aim but i think he went AFK

Man, I really hope you can sort this out. You are one of those few trader/sellers I ve never had an issue with. Very reputable guy. I had a similar issue happen to me a while back, it sucked, some dip [censored] recalled his rogue back then the guy I traded with who is a good guy, got the shaft, well the whole thing ended up involving like 5 people and I ended up taking a loss...

Now that is minor compared to what this looks like, so I feel your pain. And like I said, I still remember purchasing that Warrior from you having one of the smoothest and best transactions on markee, so I hope that everything here works out for the better for you. BTW I have two level 70 accts that are inactive and I do not plan on activating them, if this would help you out in any way nino, contact me, I ll let you have them...
