I agree that it probably is a huge hassle and takes up a lot of your time, but you dont have to investigate this one....Mattman already answered your question for you by admitting it on his post.

I dont like the drama either, I completely agree. But I cant sit back and let somone sell MY and ANTHRAX's task file...its just not right....

And now Mattman has openly admitted to selling OUR task file...there is your proof.

Everyone looks at his +11 rep and thinks there is no way he can be a scammer. A friend of mine was just recently scammed by Parachiefs...a guy who had +3 or +4 rep and he ended up scamming a few more people with the rep he had left. Just because he has some rep doesnt mean he cant turn around and start scamming people or being an immature MD user...

So here's my take...

Mattmans a POS... Simply put... He threatens the users (zerius aka princo in this case), to negative rep a user for speaking their mind, He harasses peoples customers *(which hinders business)*, not to mention he openly admits to re-selling our task (in his very own thread mind you), what else is there left to say?

He falsely negative repped a user, hes not liked very much in the community, just check his neutral rep from markee dragon himself. This community is trying very hard to keep scum and scam out of it, yet this trashbag remains...

Well ill tell you what, and this is to all moderators/admins...

I looked into DMCA'ing my task file, and obtaining copyrights on it... Turns out I very much so can, infact i already paid for the copyright and will make it to DC by monday perhaps tuesday. Taskfiles, unlike profiles used in glider, are actually able to be protected under copyright laws... As such, since im the original creator, its within my power to obtain these acts, and as such, i have/am.

You know, a month ago i spoke to hamut about the problem ive been having with leaks and my file, unfortunately there's little than can be done at its current state... Take software piracy... =/... However, I went a little more above and beyond to secure future revisions to my task file, including the questing portion of it, i dont really feel like explaining it atm as I myself am rather tired... But lets just say i dont think you'll hear another word about leak problems again as to no one will be able to leak it =/...

Although i got a little off-topic, its clearly implicated in this thread mattman has very little care about what happens to his markee account, he proved that in his convo's with one of your moderators - Steve...

I hope not only will moral and ethical beliefs take a little more of a role in this battle for "asssholish behaviors", but clearly something needs to be done about the user as he has little reguard for MD, his account, or other users on these forums...

Here is another thing by the way...

The last scammer thread I made about Mattman59, he kept asking me, "Do you have proof that I am selling YOUR task??" , "You dont know do you?? You have no proof? I can sell a generic task file. Who says I'm selling yours."

He has been lying to everyone, trying to "hide" the fact that he is in fact selling our task file.

The point is, I cant tell when he is telling the truth or not. He says he is doing one thing, then infront of another crowd, he denies it, now he says he is doing something else, but he isnt, NOW he is selling "the same one as Anthrax" "3.0 horde task 1-70"....

Yes, he has people backing him up, saying he was legit with trade and such, great, but like I said before, people can always go bad no matter how much rep they have.

This isnt about stealing business, being better competition because he offers his services at a better price, selling better accounts for cheaper, that is NOT at all relevant. If it were like that, I would agree, its just competition. BUT NOT WHEN HE IS SELLING MY AND ANTHRAX'S TASK FILE. Thats not competition, thats stealing...
