I didn't do a lot of checking, well not much lost just about $25. He lied that he was OO, since I have full personal information of the net. He must be struggling with authenticator attached to the account.

Update, I was able to get back the account. But it doesn't prevent him calling Blizzard tomorrow again, in the end the account will get locked by Blizzard.

smuvMADO, if you're reading this. Just leave this account alone, the authenticator will stay forever and I'll not put any gametime on it for quiet awhile.

Well he said possibly blizzard changed the password/email back. I never heard of it, but oh well I still have the account as of my typing this.

So I changed my negative to neutral, you're still not OO of the account.

give the benefit of the doubt, its happened to me once or twice where the password was reset but the email change bugged out on blizzard's end and i had to manually recall the account.
