What is the dispute about? So i have been playing the game since i bought it without any interruptions and it was great so far for about a month or so and then today i log back in having around 1k units when i left the game and i know which profile picture i had, and i login and my units were down to 500 and my profile pic was changed and also the shards that i was saving all used up. So he logged in did his thing and left thinking i wouldn’t notice or something. I don’t know who is he one logging in but i dont have time for games and i dont trust anyone else at this point why i want a refund i dont want to deal with this.

I don't intend on issuing a refund for multiple reasons.
- I've had the account for quite a while with no account issues
- Buyer has full access to the account, kabam and email
- I spoke with the previous seller(not the original owner either) who stated there were no issues like that
- I can't even verify if what he is saying is even happening. I haven't sold many account on this site but I've never come across this issue

If you guys truly believe someone else is on his account then I'll look into the refund with the account return.

First off i clearly showed that someone logged in the game i took both of those screenshots and why would i lie in the first place? I would of done that in the first couple of weeks, the only reason you’re coming up with your excuses its cause it was clearly you trying to blame someone else doing it. Just cause i have “full access to email” doesn’t mean anything as the person before you or even you can just keep the game installed and it wont delete the login. So no im not making stuff up i have been having this account for almost a month and have been playing it non stop farming for someone to just login and use everything that i farmed for. So yes i want a refund.

Just logged in again now the units were used up again from 500 to 400. So much for making stuff up, when i have also put money on this game and i even have the receipt of my purchases.

Oh even better here i had 200,000 battle chips from doing arena and now its on 500.

I haven't given one excuse so far. I've only been stating facts.

I'm leaving this up to the moderator to decide the outcome since I can't verify anything you screenshot or say. All I know for certain is that you have full access to the account

And i have provided proof of someone logging in the account. Just cause you want to act “blind” cause you clearly knew about it probably why you sold it in the first place, i have bought accounts before from this game about 3-4 accounts and when i dont like the account i just resell the account and i am sure no one is logging in. If that was the case i would have just asked for refund for all those accounts and made something up. And i already said even if i have “full access” keeping the account on the phone doesnt erase the problem they still have access.

Oh and another thing i would like to point out. He never did provide the information needed for me to change the email or any information at all. Also was going through the email that i was provided for, for this account and found this. He was also having someone logging into his accout probably the reason he sold it but since couldn’t prove ownership he just rather sold the account. All these info was unbeknownst to me until i just saw this email now.
