The difference between others is that champion capsules, champion shards, skin shards, quest items (if there was an event during levelling) aren't used/disenchanted. You have the possibility to save all items or disenchant all and get a total of 40000 to 50000 blue essence (with the basic 12500) and 1000/2000 (with the basic 500) orange essence. Try your luck!
