May I sell Twitter accounts in bulk without upgrading?

I have many Twitter accounts that I want to sell in bulk. It requires an upgrade to post a new thread selling in bulk. Is there any legal way to sell those accounts without doing an upgrade?

I am ready to upgrade to be a verified member but it is impossible for me to pay $10 through Paypal.

Yes, with bitcoin.

Unfortunately, I could not proceed a payment through Bitcoin as a message pops up "invalid bitcoin address (null)" on Bitpay.

I do not know the solution to this.
