As of now, I cannot recommend this service.
I tried getting 10 accounts, paid for it. The accounts sure did register the 1st of this month. But 10 days after payment, with the queue taken into calculation, I'm still awaiting my referal rewards.
Thats 6 days over time. With the 72h riot register taken into calculation.
