Pulling an ML Ken is currently around a 1/280 chance (.0035714), pulling 2 back-to-back isn't quite winning the lottery odds, but you can do the math.
There's not really a current use for a second ML Ken (you're not going to feed it or anything), but with guild wars coming out soon, it's possible a mode will come out where it's useful and suddenly make the account much more valuable. If that never happens, you can always admire the account as a very shiny never-tell-me-the-odds trophy as you rampage through the game.

New to world of E7 accounts, but have significant feedback from previous gachas I've played - Age of Ishtaria (via LINE) and SW (Neoseeker) and can provide screenshots of past transactions/references if it helps your peace of mind as a buyer.
Linked to an email but it's very clearly a throwaway (has 'martialartistken' in the email name). Email has been used for nothing else. Will provide full details for a smooth transfer.
Can provide proof of account creation in late November, and that this account is legit/survived the account ban wave.
