Leveling Service Terms & Conditions
1. Leveling MethodAll leveling and grinding services are performed manually by experienced human players. Our team does not use automated bots or unattended leveling software.
2. Game Mechanics & Exploits
We use normal game mechanics for leveling and grinding. We do not intentionally use exploits, hacks, macros, bots, or unauthorized third-party programs.
3. Player Location
All members of our leveling team are located in the Philippines.
4. Livestream Availability
Free livestream is available upon customer request while the account is being played. Customers may request a livestream to verify that the service is performed manually by our team.
5. Account Ban & Compensation Policy
We prioritize account safety and follow normal game mechanics during our services.
If a customer's account gets banned during our leveling service, we will review the circumstances of the ban and discuss appropriate compensation based on the remaining unused prepaid service hours and the circumstances involved.
We do not guarantee that an account will never receive a ban, as account enforcement decisions are made by the game publisher.
