Scammed

Gave me a PayPal account that wasn't even his, but his "partner's". Upon me sending over 550USD, their PayPal account got "flagged for closure" for unknown reasons (my account is completely verified). No idea what kind of activities are being done on the partner PayPal account.

Upon confirming with PayPal that the funds will be released to the seller regardless of the outcome of the closure investigation (as the funds are already confirmed through to their account), the seller refuses to give me the products I paid for, and instead accused me of causing their account to be locked due to potential fraudulent activities, and that the money will instead come back to me (despite PayPal employees stating that it won't come back to me).

PayPal states that the investigation may take up to 180days, and I'm almost 100% certain that they will not refund my money nor give me what I paid for no matter what.

Avoid at all costs.
