Nature of Fraud/Scam: Filed unauthorized charge back after successful trade to try and scam.
Estimated Value Lost: ~$150 USD
Timeline Description: Everything covered in link to evidence below, to sum it up after 3 successful transactions on 3 different dates and then today (11/5/2017, mm/dd/yyyy) he decides to file an unauthorized transaction which is obviously fake.

Additional information:
It seems like this person was also a League of Legends account booster and scammer a long time ago, (2013) and hasn't changed his ways, all his LoL boosting (scamming) services related things are shown here
Skype display picture is a bee with the name Julie Julie (This explains why there were two addresses on two different invoices on paypal, one of which is named Julie Park, an alias of his and spoofing as a person called 'Julie Park')

If paypal decides to side with the scammer I will be filing a complaint to the IC3 Federal Bureau, however, I will allow him to come clean and explain why he's attempting to scam and I wont report this case, if he does not contact me before paypal settles the dispute I will continue with the report.
EDIT: Due to the severity and history of this persons actions in the past there will be no chances and will be filed to the IC3 Federal Bureau.
Avoid at all costs.
