The Second Coil of Bahamut Has been unlocked but it has not been Cleared. All dungeons are unlocked, Some Have not been Completed yet (So there is a bonus of Soldiery for each)

In the inventory there are a lot of gear for the classes, There are also item Level 100 Gear for the Lancer and the Conjurer/Scholar in case you do want to get them to 50, for the Scholar all you have to do is finish the level 30 Scholar Class quest and you can use it.
