Making Fals order and leave negative feedsback

We got convertation in discord.. he looking some account, when i got the account he said " ok " so i proccess with the owner..

1.

so i send the invoice like this,
2.

after this i making dealing with the " Owner " and i send the invoice paypal to him.

when i finish dealing with the owner.. he said " forgot passwd paypal " and then delete me!

3.

He already delete his message invoice with me before and delete me from discord, so i asking him in Epicnpc.. He action in the discord not him account and blame me got wrong people

4.

he said.. the discord Plum<3#4284 is not him,
so i checking again.. He doing looking account same with in the discord and then i got him buying account same game

5.

so i ask the seller who sell account to him.. the seller said the discord is same.

So he slandered me in my post to leave negative feedsback!

Very wasting my time to business with him.. i already looking around for him and making deal with people for him, when he said deal.. and i take the account from the owner he run away.. very good attitude

and he said " I didnt lose anything " very good talk!

so please help me with this case Admin / Moderator. He make false feedsback on mypost and slander me to accusing him.. i already proof am not accusing i just leave feedsback he just cancel the order and runaway, when i ask he said doesnt know me and Plum<3#4284 not his discord.

if he doesnt want to buy just say " sorry already got another account " But he playing with me making fake order!

so what happn is i was interested on buying one of his accounts https://www.epicnpc.com/threads/phantasia-ice-combo-tsubatsa-frigg-saki-samir-6.2365565/ there i asked for a bargain for $45 but he sent me invoice of $50 then i back offed since that not what our deal was. When i backed off he pressurd me and gave me negative feed back. As a seller he dosnt have the patience and pressuring customers he deservd a negative feed back

i dont even know why hes making so much of a fuss about this i did nothing wrong and he didnt lose anything but time

you have brain ? you can said ? if you dont want just tell me before doing transaction! 49$ include tax paypal not 50$, using G&S with Facture/invoice service..

now u know i send the paypal inc the tax.. i have question.. how you know ? if the discord not you ? hahaha

so how is it ? he already confes the discord is him self.. He desserve to get negatif feedsback what he done to me! i dont want any seller in this market getting buyer making drama like him again

@EpicNPC CM Hi sir can you help me complate here, he already confes the discord is him, he know tax paypal it should be if different people on discord and epicnpc he doesn't know, I never said tax in paypal to his epicnpc. so in conclusion he lied and made a lot of excuses, I never demanded he have to buy my product, but the way he made the transaction to me was wrong, didn't even apologize instead made a drama as if he wasn't the culprit and revenge for submit negative feedsback.
