Hi there. How do you monetize videos when a lot of your videos have copyright material from movies including video and audio clips?

Although many movie clips are used, it falls under fair use 
I once had a copyright notice from a movie company who demonetized one of my videos due to it showing a 5 second clip of one of their films, I fought back and told YouTube that it falls under fair use, they agreed and the video was monetized again.
