Due do the lack of time and hard grinding I got kinda sick of it and I wanna sell it for a quite a cheap price

The reason why cheap is:

The Acc also contains a TTL 5k Elf "Silvaan" with some Step6 Cylinders + Vates Title (and Royal Alchemist)
