edit 1: build is finished. All gems are 20/20 and some 21/20, 20/19. 23/20 etc. It's powerful build, easy kill any t15 boss/double boss on any insane map mods. Can't run ele reflect maps only. Single ele reflect monster is not problem, but big packs - instant suicide :D
