Not sure if he's a scammer, but very suspicious. Added him, talked to him, asked him if he was paypal verified, he says yes, I told him to take a screenshot, takes him about 15 minutes. Then he gives me this http://i26.[censored]/1zxr70j.jpg
When I say it's obvious he edited it because it says
"Get verified" on the side, he blocks me.
