Hello,
I'm looking to but either LVL 30 Unranked Accounts with 14 champions and pretty much runes which allow me to play bottom roles. If they have skins, mention them to me. Silver 1 accounts basically follow the same rules as the unranked accounts and this will be the same with Gold 1 accounts.
