So yea title says it. Im looking to get an account with 60 or more champs, skins dont really mean much to me.. Needs to have AT LEAST 4 rune pages, with current viable meta runes.. Needs to have been Gold Season 2, and Currently Gold s3, or Unranked Season 3.

I would take a season 2 silver account that is unranked, with the same requirements, but i wont pay more that 35$
