the account has a gold border, currently silver ranking , has a name without numbers in it (will disclose name to srs buyers), most champs are owned, most runes are owned, flat ap, flat ad, armor , armor/level and so on most of the runes are owned. currently has 5.2k IP and around 200 RP on it . Notable skins would only be Pulsefire Ezreal, it has a lot of other skins for champs such as Mecha Khazix and such but i wont be boosting up the price too much because of those littler ones . Im looking for atleast 75$ willing to negotiate abit
