Pros:
-Insane amount of crowd control combined with some serious damage in pvp
-Unbeatable in most 1v1 and even 1v2 situations
-Very good for 5v5 areans and Guild vs Guild action
-A lot of utility for dungeon and mission runs like perma cc for mons, aoe-pull from ice tree e.t.c.
-Comfortable solo grinding
-Very good survivability due to a lot of HP and Cryo Subzero shield

Cons:
-Weak at long boss fights due to moderate single-target damage
-Need some really good practice at positioning and ice-wall placing
-Gear is mostly leveling crap, but you still have 4m silver to upgrade it . It still have some awesome SP-regen hats, very rare set body and nice rod.
