Besides the fact that the account is lvl 107, has a 4* INTEGRAL sword, 2 burst skills (sword and bow), the account also comes with 5k+ arcana, all weapons proficiencies lvl 25+ and Floor 20 is , of course, unlocked. Edit: now you get 5.5k+ arcana instead of 5k.
