Scammer - stay away
When I attempted to purchase the account, the seller provided me a fake transfer number and password.
Originally the seller claimed that he would issue me a refund, but he stopped responding to my messages shortly after and (of course) no refund was ever issued.

I emailed support shortly after and they told me I could not receive the account as it was active and already in use. They said the account was in orleans and was no longer level 1 and you accuse me of scamming when you lied saying you didn't get the account when you did.
