Lv59 is near max everything and I'm wrecking anyone under Lv60. Lv60-62 takes a bit more skill but is still relatively easy unboosted. I have:

All the other stuff is basically as max as you'd need and will only require a little further building to be maxed out (which is why I've swapped one GBE guardian for a resource reward masterpiece as it makes upgrading even easier.

Now on 650 VP's whilst not currently pushing and am enjoying operations, hammerman, gearheart, etc. Of note, I've never failed gearheart and have also never failed to defend against hammerman! BOOM!
