I received a ban after using this service back when it was EarthClouds, after buying the $68 option.
At first they seemed to be friendly and cooperative. They requested that I ask Rockstar why I was banned, which I did.
Rockstar never replied, and JGood/EarthClouds refused point blank to do anything. I was forced to dispute the transaction, which was lost as the payment was sent as a gift.
I was within their guarantee, and am currently at the point where I can't even use my Rockstar account despite the ban only being 1-2 weeks, so I've also lost out on the money I paid for GTA 5. I'm going to try contacting them again about this, but unless I update this post I really would avoid their guarantee like the plague. It's no guarantee at all.

It would be understandable if you've paid for service and waited that long, but no reason to alter my thread reviews about it since you haven't paid and waited. Have a nice day sir.

Ok just woken up, delivered as promised, paid an extra $3 for them to make the account so paid 68$ in all.
Everything went great, great seller. A bit slow on delivery, but I'm guessing that can't be helped (tools etc). 100% recommend.

We do apologize for the wait time. Please understand that quality, no bans and providing the customer with exactly what the want and purchased is our main goal. When providing the amount of unlocks and purchases as listed in that package, it does take time to verify you actually have the items. We would hate to have you transfer the character and then notice you didn't have something. . 
Your comment is irrelevant to the fact that I am currently sick and was away from Skype for 5 minutes. If i was rude and unpleasant, I would've completely ignored you. But no, you decide that it's fine calling someone rude without knowing the situation they may be going through behind their Skype. I made an Account on this Website just to write an Review for this Awsome Dude. I'm from Germany so please don't judge to quickly about my bad English.
