6.) We are not resposible for chargeback account bans or recall of accounts. all we do is confirm the account info.
7.) We will confirm the accounts. Only new screen shots will be accepted via e-mail. must be 2 min or less in age no old screen shots.
8.) Once the buyer sends a payment via paypal/as a Friend and Family/gift and must put a discription of **Lotro account,VIRTUAL ITEMS** and then we will then give the account info to the new owner. The reason we do the discription as a VIRTUAL ITEMS is paypal is less likely to allow a chargeback refunds on VIRTUAL ITEMS.
9.) We do everything in our power to try to keep scammers at bay, but it is not 100% possible.
10.) Account trading is against TOS so if your account gets banned for trading, it is the risk you need to understand.
11.) Be warned that if you trade/sell your lifetime account to member that is not in your country, it it more likely that the account/accounts will be banned.

4.) When doing traits you slect the ones u want done we.
5.) Power leveling on avg take 1-3 weeks depending on how many or if you use xp boosts or have xp items. We do not supply them unless we specify we do
6.) With all services there is always a chance that your account/accounts can be banned, we have never been banned. If the account is banned there is no refunds.

Your asking yourself WHY a Custom Account? It is safer and your the OO you make the account how you want it, The account can never be recalled because your the Original owner, Did you know at anytime the OO can recall the account. Why buy an account from someone that their is chance of the account being recalled.
