I would start it off at about $60 -- Depends on how much virtues work is needed, how well geared the characters are, if they are guided with a fraction...

I can level a character from 1 to 95 in under 2 days of play time and say virtues need work and the gear is great -- (Would basically use all the gold farmed to get teal gear or farm those instances where the gear for said class drops)

The more information you could provide the better pricing I could offer...
