LoTRO Account on Brandywine or other US High Pop Server or trade for my SWTOR Account

Im looking to get back into LoTRO after selling my account a couple years ago that I regret now. Im looking for a account with a lvl 50/60+ character (higher or more is of course better) on Brandywine or another high population server. Im looking to spend up to around $100, maybe $125. I also have a Star Wars: Old Republic account that I can trade for it as well. It has 2 lvl 50's with the highest and 2nd highest tier gear equipped. Either way, message me on here of post what you have, im really interested in getting a account soon.

 

i have a 56 hunter on another account along with a 29 captain on brandywine
it has all xpacs but rohan and 855 turbine pts

I have a 45 loremaster 25 gaurd and 25 mini on brandywine. It has mines of moria pre order items im looking to get 30 to 40 out of it ..

 

Isn't this game Free to Play now? I had an account from 2007 that is deactivated, but when I go to reactivate, it says enter credit card info....
