Banned - VPN Violation
I don't know where to seek help so I hope I can get some advice here.
I had my game accounts (3 accounts in total) for sale on playerauctions. A potential buyer approached me and asked me if I could upload my game accounts details for the automated delivery so I did. I did not reveal any of my login password, emails or secret answers to the buyer nor on the detail page. Everything was uploaded through playerauctions system. In less than 24 hours, i noted the buyer had not yet made the order so I tried to log into my game accounts and found out that all my accounts including the email accounts I provided are gone.
There is no confirmation of purchase on Playerauctions. I received no disbursment neither. There was another game account which I changed the email and password on the same day but I did not put that one on sale and the account was safe. So the only explanation is that the details was given out by playerauctions.
I submitted my ticket, sent email, contacted them through twitter but all they did was ask me to DM them. They are not responding to me. I feel something shady here.
What else I can do to get Playerauctions respond to me? Or is there any legal action I can take against them I don't know. Please help..
