What is the dispute about? Account that I purchased had it's email and password changed.

I purchased this account from Seppuku-Martin and he said it was his friends account. After I middlemanned with @Somatotropin and everything went smoothly.
As of this morning I can no longer log in, but before I was kicked out of mobile I noticed that the email was changed to what looks like the previous owners email.
I have attached all images including the payment I made. I have been in contact with Seppuku-Martin an he claims he will be in contact with the original owner.
I have also sent in a ticket and email to Mihoyo as well.
