Right off the bat NO IT'S NOT XFERABLE.
Well now that thats out of the way. I'm looking to trade my rogue for Xbox Live Gametime. Why you ask? HALO3!!!
Anyhow the gear on my rogue isn't the greatest i mean most of it's blues but at 230 Resil, 10kHP unbuffed it doesn't really matter how many blue you have. There are also a few PvE Kara epics in the bags too. ALso a little over 1kG on it.
