All Leveling Providers that advertise their services on MarkeeDragon.com have to be TWV.
Be very clear about which practices , hand-leveling, gliding, botting etc are acceptable to you and which are not. Be sure to read invoices prior to agreeing to them . Ensure that a date range is set in which you want your order started and finished and all parties agree.Be clear about what is going to happen if something goes wrong.
For example ,what will happen if your Power-level order cannot be started and /or finished in the time that was agreed upon ? What will happen if your account gets banned make sure you know what exactly you can expect concerning a refund .Be sure you have everything in writing showing where you and your leveler agree to terms.</div></div>

He is offering a service (him grinding honor, etc etc) if he gets to use your account. I can find you plenty of posts where mods/admins have said that TWV is -required- if youre offering these services.
Why dont you go read the rules. </div></div>
ever heard of selective hearing? well... i think you've got selective READing. He didnt offer any services... he asked to SHARE an account and while hes using that account he will be honor grinding not as a service but as gain for his new account that he is sharing.
Example of selective reading in YOUR post:

There are plenty of guides on this website to help you not get scammed, you obviously read none as you did not know that you are doing something right now that is against the rules.
In the future I would recommend that you educate yourself before looking like a fool.</div></div>
