LOTRO MUST--
- Have at least a lvl 50 character on it.
- Lvl 40+ Male Captain is the BIGGEST ++++ EVER! :3
- Lvl 60+ ANYTHING is a huge +++
- Lifetime that activated on the account is also a nice ++
DDO MUST--
- Be max level. NO EXCEPTIONS
- If in 2nd, 3rd, or 4th Reincarnation thats a huge +++
- If on 4th Reincarnation, will basically buy it automatically.
PRICE RANGE: NOT willing to go above $150. MAX $150
