5) unique icons (like the santa baron etc.)
6) a good amount of wards and emotes
7) ORIGINAL OWNER WITH PROOF OF CREATION (og riot email from creating the account) OR you must be a reputable seller with means to prove the account will not be at risk of recovery.
8) Provide recovery info (excluded if you can prove the account will not be at risk of recovery as said above)
9) Provide personal info so I can be in contact with you if something occurs with the account
